When deciding where to open a new office, KKAD looked no further than the growing metropolis of Newark, New Jersey. Conveniently located just outside New York City, the firm already had staff members living in the area. A space was found and a charrette was held to come up with an "off the shelf" design. The firm has expanded into a new building located in downtown Newark.
